The Global Food Summit 2019 - Will cities shape our perception of food and nature?

Stephan Becker-Sonnenschein
Munich 20 and 21 March 2019: The Global Food Sumit starts with a press conference on 20 March at 10:00 am at the PresseClub München e.V.

Description:
How will the new methods of food production change our perception of food and natural cultivation? Is urban food really suitable for producing large quantities of food, including staple foods? Is the globally unique Circular Food approach, as presented by the Canadian city of Guelph, the solution? How can we even determine whether these methods are more sustainable than organic products? Or do we even have to weigh the different goals of the SDG 2030 against each other on the way to innovative production methods?

These are the topics of our press conference. A recent study by Systemiq, which was discussed at the World Economic Forum in Davos this year will also be presented.
